Kindle should be long gone by the time the Jets pick but if they were going to move up for a player this year, Kindle would be the guy. He is athletic, instinctive and competitive and has everything you look for in a rush linebacker.

After last week’s trade of Kerry Rhodes left the Jets with a hole in their secondary, Mike Tannenbaum moved quickly to fill the void. Late Thursday the Jets announced they had signed free safety Brodney Pool from the Browns.

Due to a recent history of concussions, the Browns did not tender him so the Jets did not have to surrender draft picks as compensation. He was given a 1-year, $1.3 million contract with $1.2 million guaranteed.

Great athlete with long arms and impressive run after the catch ability. A very physical receiver who can overpower defensive backs at the line and run over them after the catch.

Big, strong and athletic interior lineman. Iupati is a real mauler who can fire off the snap and deliver a violent blow to the defender. He is tough, aggressive and definitely has the mental make up you look for in a guard.
